Leg 1
Kincardine to North Queensferry

Distance: 16.8 miles / 27km

Leg 1 starts at the Fife Coastal Path archway at Kincardine-on-Forth and finishes at the foot of Ferryhill Road in North Queensferry. 

​

The route is fairly flat and is mostly on tarmac and well made paths.

Leg 2
North Queensferry to Dysart

Distance: 20.8 miles / 33.5km

​

Leg 2 starts at the foot of Ferryhill Road in North Queensferry and finishes in front of the Frances Colliery Memorial in Dysart. 

​

The route is fairly flat and has a mix of tarmac and well made paths with some rougher sections by the coast.

Leg 3
Dysart to St Monans

Distance: 20.8 miles / 33.5km

Leg 3 starts at the Frances Colliery Memorial in Dysart and finishes at the Rose Street Car Park in St Monans. 

​

The route is fairly flat and has a mix of tarmac and well made paths with some rougher sections by the coast.

St Monans to St Andrews

Distance: 21.8 miles / 35km

Leg 4 starts at the Rose Street Car Park in St Monans and finishes by the British Golf Museum in St Andrews. 

​

The route is fairly flat and has a mix of tarmac and well made paths with some rougher sections by the coast.

St Andrews to Wormit Bay

Distance: 20.9 miles / 33.6km

Leg 5 starts at the British Golf Museum in St Andrews and finishes at the Wormit Bay Carpark. 

​

The route is fairly flat and has a mix of tarmac and well made paths.

Wormit Bay to Newburgh

Distance: 15.6 miles / 25.1km

​

Leg 5 starts at the Wormit Bay Carpark and finishes at the Fife Coastal Path sign at the West end of Newburgh. 

​

The route has some hilly sections and rough trails around Norman's Law before Newburgh.
